The best way to organize all of those clothes is to put them in large plastic bins. I would have a bin for each size separated by gender. You can even get totes that are pink and blue to further let you know who it is for and then all you would have to do is label it. You can find bin labels at your local Dollar General Store or online at http://www.identa-label.com/. If you don't want to go the bin direction you can use portable clothes racks or the 3 and 4 drawer bins and label the outside.
